Thema 4: Filmprojekt
CAT 2: Extended TaskStudents will create their own film (in groups) on a given topic. These topics are allocated each year by the Goethe Institut. The Goethe Institut is a non-profit organisation that works worldwide to promote the study of the German Language.
The topic for 2013 is "Jugend CoolTour." For more information, access the Goethe School Film Competition Webpage by clicking the link above. The webpage contains helpful hints, criteria for judging and award winners from previous years. At the completion of this project, your German teachers will assess your films and submit the best into the competition. You will be assessed in the Middle Years Category of the Competition (for students in Years 7-9). Students are able to form groups for the project. Students must ensure that they keep to their production schedule and be mindful of the due date. A sample production schedule is listed to the right. The Criteria
Reflection ToolAs part of this task, all students MUST complete a reflection of their film, which will also be used to assess your final task. The document contains 10 questions which can be used to guide you through your reflection. Use the questions as prompts for your reflection.
